td present morning case ngan DR Ridwan... syamim, 11 years old malay boy, come to the hospital for closure of the stoma. history of hydrochephalus 1 year after birth.. has multiple scar at his abdoment and neck region... pastu dr pon bg xray non stop soh aku bace, tp aku org lain yg bace la... sbb terkejuz yg teramat bile tgk bnyk sgt tiub dalam xray tu...xthu nak describe... yg dapat ku laku kan mase tu hanya tersenyum jek...(sbb xtahu nak ckp ape kan, so baik diam, nnt dr leh ajar)

i know this patient. i still remember his laugh when i approach him. i still remember he took my hand and put it on his chest before kissing it... poor this little innocent boy.
i pray to almighty Allah that He will gives strength for his mother in taking care of him.
