34 years old, Puan J worked is working as a teacher. She complains of sudden onset of fear of dying, fear to lose control and awake at night due to sudden shortness of breath. Her husband feels that her wife is making stories as same things happened when he was outstation before. The patient later, becomes too dependent on her husband. She because she worries that she will collapse on the middle of the road. Then, she fears of going outstops from being a teacher, and stays at home. Her husband brought her to the clinic. Lab tests done showed normal ECG & X-ray.
